• Communicate with customer regarding to operation status and keep records.
• Support customer by various kinds of methond while customer has technical problem 24*7.
• Keep records for each customer regarding to problem log.
• Stock regular spare parts for customer's emergency.
• Process warranty issue if there is any and ensure smooth operation for customer.
• Prepare Annual Maintenance Agreement if customer would like to engage.
